So, the entire point of the National Blog Posting Month is simple.
Blog every day. Without fail. For a month.
Nothing hard about that, right?
Yeah. Right.
I've been trying since April to get through one month without missing a day here at Random Thoughts.
So far, I've been unsuccessful.
Hope, however, springs eternal. There will always be another month, another attempt.
August's theme is HOT, as in the weather... or whatever you choose it to mean. I'll start on the theme tomorrow. Today I simply want to be able to say I'm trying once again.
Hot on the trail, you might say.

Good luck with this month. I joined NaBloPoMo last November and blogged for the whole month on two blogs, then repeated the process with Holidailies in December … let Sandy of Momisodes talk me into Blog 365 and have managed to post daily at Small Reflections ever since (posting 2-3 times/week at Sacred Ruminations), but I can’t ‘buy’ the monthly theme of NaBloPoMo because it’s limiting rather than inspiring in my mind. What HAS helped me post daily is participating in a variety of weekly activities like Fun Monday, Heads or Tails, etc. I wish you luck with the daily posting … and perhaps 'hot' will be open-ended enough to assist?

Well, so much for this month. Made it a grand total of one day.
As for the themes, the way I take them is as suggestions. We aren't required to write on theme if we don't want to.
